This was an incredibly busy week in the EXIT Realty NFI Navarre Office. Patricia Williamson and I finished the last two days of our Broker's Pre-licensing course intructed by Kiefer Real Estate Seminars at the Navarre Area Board of Realtors offices. We're both very excited about taking the next big step in our Real Estate Careers.

November is finally in full swing and the weather here couldn't be better. Navarre Beach condos are seeing a fair share of traffic due to the great weather, loads of fall festivals and some really great prices! A recent search for Navarre Beach condos showed 64 condos available for sale under $500,000 and 21 one those were priced less that $250,000!

Happy Halloween everyone! We had a great day on our Navarre Real Estate Office. Lots of little goblins (and few not so little ones) came through the office for Halloween treats! We've got one more Halloween trick scheduled for tomorrow in Crestview. Please come by 312 Peggy (one block off P.J. Adams) between 12-5 for our open house.

Today was day two of our Broker's pre-licensing course held at the Navarre Board of Realtors. About 15% of the Navarre branch of Exit Realty NFI's agents are in this class and we're all excited about taking the next step in our real estate careers.
